Write a show recap for the shrine

Are you still listening to the show on a daily basis? Write a recap of the show like howard's site does (it still does right?) or like that mark friggin dude used to do ( he still do that shit?) and send it to howardshrine@aol.com. my starmate broke, didnt renew my sub, my mp3 player broke, im not at the computer much...I dont know what is going on with the show....and the only one making blog entries, lobossco is missing in action. Is Joey Boots still a cocksucker? How about Mutt? He still doing that horrible show? Let me know. I would love to read what the True Fans of Stern have to say about the current state of the show and find out what is going on with his goofball "super" fans.

Send us links to Howard Stern content

My computer time due to my current work schedule is getting less and less. I am even having a hard time finding time to listen to the show. Yes, it's true, I am no longer an avid Howard Stern listener. The Greatest Howard Stern fan of all time has officially moved on to a new obsession, rubbing young pretty girls in spandex. Lobosco has been doing a great job to keep the Shrine alive but we need more help. Please send us links to Stern related material so we can post them for the True Fans of Stern. Want to sound off about the Show? Send us your comments. If you would like to be added as a blog author please email me as well.

My Howard Stern obsession started when he announced his separation from Allison. It stopped when Artie tried to gut himself. For me Artie killed the funny when he tried to kill himself. That and the fact that at about the same time I got a new job rubbing young pretty girls in spandex.

Yours in Stern,

Doc, The Greatest Howard Stern fan of all time now rubbing young girls in spandex and out of spandex (Hey Now)and Blue Cross paying for it.

Rick's Cabaret Girls Ready to Party with [former] President's [future] Son-in-Law

Rick's Cabaret Girls Ready to Party with [former] President's [future] Son-in-Law

With Chelsea Clinton's wedding less than two weeks away, the girls at Rick's Cabaret New York know the perfect place for the groom's bachelor party. "Here, of course," says Rick's Cabaret Girl Angelica (36C-24-34). "Everything is very discreet... perfect for someone like Chelsea's guy [Marc Mezvinsky] and his buddies. I'm sure they like to keep a low profile. They can even take the private elevator straight up to the VIP luxury suites on the third floor."

The groom lives in Manhattan. "Having the bachelor party here would be really convenient for him and his friends," says Angelica. "Not to mention his future father in law, Bill Clinton, who has an office uptown, it's just a cab ride away."

Angelica has a personal reason for hoping the party's held at Rick's Cabaret: "I'm from Russia, so I can never be President. But if I get to dance for a President's son-in-law... well, that would be pretty awesome. Of course, dancing for Mr. Clinton would also be great. He's the sexiest President of all time."

Rick's Cabaret features over 100 showgirls nightly, a full-menu steakhouse open until 3am, and a smoking lounge on the roof. Such amenities have helped garner Rick's Cabaret the title of "Best Strip Club in NYC" from Playboy .com. "Chelsea's man will have the best night of his life," says Angelica. "Except for his wedding night," she winks.

"Let's not forget Chelsea," says Rick's Cabaret Girl Monica (34C-25-35). "More and more girls are having bachelorette parties at gentlemen's clubs. I would love to dance for her. Who knows? Maybe she'll invite me to the wedding. I hear Oprah will be there."

Howard to replace Larry King?

Forget American Idol, Howard Stern's name has now been tossed in to the ring for the lead position of a much grander television institution--as Larry King's replacement on CNN's Larry King Live. Larry King announced Monday that he plans to detach his suspenders after 25 years of nightly interviews with thousands of celebrities from flashes in the pan to intergenerational icons. Though King isn't retiring until November, entertainment gossip hounds began speculating on his replacement before the withered birdman finished croaking out the announcement. CBS News reports that Howard Stern's name has been mentioned in discussions about Larry King's replacement. The timing couldn't be worse for executives as Sirius XM radio who are currently in negotiations to re-sign Howard Stern after his contract expires in January 2011. While Stern has pretty much put the kibosh on rumors he could take over Simon Cowell's seat on American Idol, the prospect of 'Howard Stern Live' is likely to start a whole new wave of outrage from mainstream media outlets offended by Stern's brand of humor.
King said if it were up to him, he'd name American Idol cheesemaster Ryan Seacrest as his successor, but then quickly added: "But I don't know if he's interested in politics."
